I was kinda shocked you left out two collect calls using 1-800-COLLECT. It was a huge part of all of our tv advertising lives back a decade ago.
First off, I hope that your getting change for your top-five investment bank. Clearly not worth two dollars these days.
Secondly, I'd buy a $2 bill and then get denied from using it at Taco Bell, or even better get arrested for trying to use it at Best Buy.
