I also think a good place to meet up with another spy would be hidden behind the firewood logs at the Train House in Tannersville, NY.
If you were to go there (as a spy, not as a civilian), make sure you completely avoid Gorilla Bear. He will not only be a witness to your encounter with whomever (b/c he's witty)... but will do the following with you:
*Grill you up some hearty meat
*Smoke you up
*Soften your bowels with loose talk
*Ask you to help him do his bills
*You will be forced to see the bear without a shirt... however, from a distance at the logs when you're making your encounter with another spy, his hair will look like a cashmere sweater
*He'll further help you soften your bowels with all the chat about outer space, inner space, and catching talking crickets, with huge ears, adorning top hats near the backyard creek
*Kindly ask you and your spy partner if you want to buy anything and then to leave.
